Cookie Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2025. This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on our website.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device when you visit them. They\'re used to remember information about your visit — your preferences, what pages you\'ve seen, items in a cart, whether you\'re logged in. Cookies are an essential part of how the modern web works.

Similar technologies (web beacons, pixels, local storage) work in similar ways. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of them.

2. Cookies we use

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the website to function. We can\'t serve our website without them, and they don\'t require your consent.

  • Session cookies that maintain your visit (form submissions, security tokens). These expire when you close your browser.
  • Cookie preference cookie that remembers your choices about other cookies.

2.2 Analytics cookies

We use these to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. They\'re set only with your consent.

  • Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*): Tracks aggregate visitor behavior — pages visited, time on site, referral sources. IP addresses are anonymized. Data is retained for 14 months.

2.3 Marketing cookies

If you have given consent, we may use cookies from advertising platforms to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. As of the date of this policy, we use:

  • Google Ads conversion pixel: Helps us understand which advertising campaigns generate inquiries. Does not collect personally identifiable information beyond what Google\'s privacy policy specifies.

We do not currently use Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or other social media tracking. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and re-request consent where required.

2.4 Functional cookies

These remember choices you make (like dark mode preference, language) to improve your experience. We don\'t currently use functional cookies, but if we add them, they will be set only with your consent.

3. Third-party cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services we use. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

4. Managing your cookie preferences

4.1 Through our cookie banner

The first time you visit our site, you\'ll see a cookie consent banner. You can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or customize your choices. You can change your preferences anytime by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

4.2 Through your browser

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Cookies

Blocking all cookies may affect the functionality of our website and many other sites you visit.

4.3 Opting out of analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking on all sites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no standard for how this signal should be interpreted. We respect cookie preferences set explicitly through our consent banner but do not currently respond to browser DNT signals separately.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we change the cookies we use or to reflect changes in law. The "Last updated" date at the top will show when. Significant changes will be communicated through our cookie banner.
