Customer-facing analytics dashboard

NorthLake's legacy reporting tool was built in 2014 and couldn\'t keep up with their growth. We replaced it with a modern React/Postgres application that loads dashboards in under 800ms (down from 14 seconds), supports white-labeled embeds for their enterprise clients, and handles 2.5 million queries per month on infrastructure that costs them 60% less.

A solo founder came to us with a Figma file and a clear vision. Six months later, Tempo launched on both stores and crossed 50,000 downloads in its first quarter. We built the full app in React Native — including HealthKit and Google Fit integration, Apple Watch companion, and a streak-based gamification system designed by our team.

Headless storefront for a boutique florist

An owner-operated florist in Austin wanted a storefront that felt more like a magazine than a store. We built it with Shopify Hydrogen so they kept Shopify\'s inventory, fulfillment, and payments — but got a fully custom front-end with editorial content, seasonal lookbooks, and a same-day delivery experience the platform doesn\'t offer out of the box.
